Almosim (almosim.com and its apps) is run by Tothiq AI Services & Solutions in the State of Kuwait. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

The site today

For now the site is an introduction page ahead of the first season. It uses no cookies and asks for no personal data except what you send through the contact form. The rest of the data below is collected once accounts open at the start of the season.

Data we collect

• Account details: the email address the parent signs up with, once confirmed.
• Phone number: the parent's phone number, used only to get in touch about a win and to deliver the prize.
• Identity check details: the parent verifies their identity with lumex by matching their Civil ID or national ID card with a photo of their face. From the result we keep the full name, date of birth, country, and Civil ID or ID number. We do not keep images of the card or the face.
• Family members: the parent adds their children to the family account with first name, date of birth and Civil ID number, and picks a cartoon avatar for each.
• Play data: the games played, points, levels, collectibles and daily play time.
• Contact messages: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message when you use the contact form, used only to reply to you. The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, without advertising cookies.
• Site statistics: we count page visits without cookies and without keeping anything that identifies the visitor.

What we don't collect

• There is no chat or messaging between players, and children never upload photos.
• We don't track players across other apps or websites, and we don't use their data for targeted ads.

Why we use your data

• To make sure each family has one real account.
• To apply the rules for taking part, such as country and age.
• To run the games and leaderboards and choose the winners.
• To deliver prizes and check the parent's Civil ID at handover.
• To improve the platform through general statistics that identify no one.

Who sees your data

• We don't sell or rent your data.
• Only the platform's authorised admin team can see Civil ID and phone numbers, and every view is logged.
• Sponsors receive no personal data. Leaderboards show first names only.
• lumex processes identity check data on our behalf and only on our instructions.
• We may disclose data if a competent authority requests it under the law.

Protecting your data

We keep data on secure servers, store Civil ID and phone numbers encrypted, and show them in full only when needed to deliver prizes.

Children

Children never create accounts themselves. The parent adds them to the family account, is responsible for their details being correct, and can delete any child's data at any time.

How long we keep data

We keep account data for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app, and we then delete the account details, identity check data, phone number and game results, except anything the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You have the right to see and correct your data and to ask us to delete your account and data. Write to us through the contact form and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email.
