By using Almosim (almosim.com and its apps), you agree to these terms. The platform is run by Tothiq AI Services & Solutions in the State of Kuwait, which owns the platform and its content.

About the platform

• Almosim is a games and contests platform for kids, teens and families in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, running four seasons a year.
• The first season starts in April 2027. Each season's dates, games and prizes are announced on the platform.

Taking part

• Taking part is open to residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Each country has its own leaderboards and prizes.
• The account holder must be 18 or older.
• Children and teens take part through the family account managed by their father or mother. A child never creates an account alone.
• Each person may have one account only, and the same child may not be added to more than one family.

Identity check

• The account holder must confirm their email and then verify their identity with lumex before taking part.
• The details given must be correct and match the Civil ID or national ID card.
• An account is refused if its ID number is already used by another account.

Games and leaderboards

• Each game's rules, length and levels are shown on the platform, and each game's difficulty suits the player's age.
• Leaderboards show only the player's first name and cartoon avatar.
• Cheating, bots, multiple accounts and anything else that makes play unfair are not allowed. We may disqualify anyone who breaks this rule and cancel their points and prizes.
• The platform's decisions on confirming results and choosing winners are final.

Play time and child mode

• The parent sets the daily play time for each child, and play stops when it runs out.
• A child can only leave child mode with the parent's PIN.

Prizes

• Prizes are in kind only, given by sponsors or by the platform, and each prize is described when it is announced. There are no cash prizes and no loot boxes.
• Apple is not a sponsor of these contests and is not involved with them in any way.
• If the winner is a child, the prize is handed to the winner's parent after the Civil ID is checked.
• Prizes are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or passed to another person, unless the prize says otherwise.
• If a prize is not collected within 30 days of notice, we may cancel it.

Ads

• The platform may show short ads from sponsors. No ad appears during play, and the button to visit an advertiser's website never appears in child mode.

Intellectual property

All games, designs, characters, texts and logos on the platform belong to Tothiq and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Suspending an account

We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms, gives false details or mistreats other users.

Limits of liability

We provide the platform as it is. We aim to keep it running without interruption but cannot guarantee it, and we are not responsible for any loss caused by a service interruption or by use of the platform that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may change these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. Using the platform after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
